Services

Crystal Cleanse Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed with the client. Services are delivered based on the scope of work confirmed prior to commencement.

 

Bookings & Quotes

All bookings are subject to availability.

Quotes are based on information supplied by the client.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the property size, condition, access, or scope of work differs from what was disclosed.

No services will commence without client approval of the final quoted price.

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are indicative starting rates only.
Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing service details and issuing a quote.

Payment is required after booking confirmation and may be requested prior to service.
Payments are accepted via invoice, bank transfer, or PayID only.

Online card payments are not accepted at this time.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services.

Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access at the agreed service time. If access is not available, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the premises are safe, secure pets, and disclose hazards or fragile items. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards. Satisfaction & Issues If you are not satisfied, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be reviewed.

 

Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or faulty fixtures. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Health & Safety We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are unsafe.
